Liberalism breeds elitism. Elitism breeds arrogance and a desire to create classes, the classic “us vs. them.” Of course when the arrogant elite get together to discuss how the classes are going to be divided up it always starts with “OK, now naturally we are on top and the rest of the populace are…well…support us staying on top. How about a show of hands? Good, unanimous!”
My first real understanding of this was Hillary-Care back in the nineties. Her desire to ensnare the entire population in a hyper-bureaucratic system of rationed health care convinced of two things. 1. The liberals really do not care about the welfare “of the little people.” 2. They aren’t that bright.
Now here we are again. Obama wants to remake our healthcare system. Reality, the CBO, and anyone with an I.Q. above 70 knows this will never work. It hasn’t in other European countries. In fact, it has led to horrible health care and rationing to the point where some countries encourage the speedy death of their elderly and infirm! Every time I read another horror story of a government panel denying life saving treatment I am reminded of Soylent Green and Sol’s last minutes on Earth,

When I was a kid and watched the movie I was thoroughly creeped out about the prospect of the government having the power to end lives for convenience sake. Worse, the fact that there were people “elites” that were above the suffering of the masses and immune to the restrictions seemed insane. There was no way we could let this happen, right? Yet, thirty years later Denmark legalizes euthanasia and so do some states here in the U.S. The Democrats are trying to sneak in provisions modeled on the British system, which is very ineffective and apparently deadly to patients.

In Demark they argue killing a terminal patient is better than letting them suffer. OK, I’ll bite. But what if the poor centralized care was the reason the person became terminal? For example, it has been reported that in Britain a woman with breast cancer, which could be cured in America, is sent home to die. What?? “Sorry Love, you just aren’t Shagalicious enough to keep around!??”
Yet, members from the elite class continuously find their way here for the best care, the same care they deny their constituents, which makes you wonder how they sleep at night. (I fear comfortably, because to be an elite liberal you must have morally weak to begin with.) And Obama is intent on killing our medical system, and us off.

So what do we do? Fire them. Work hard to pick off the edges of the voting block that is sending you or your loved ones to an early gave. If a single Republican wavers, jam him up (or her- Susan are you listening?). If you know about a Democrat Congressman that is on the edges, send money and support to his opponent. If we trim the fat off the Dems in the next election, the rest will pay attention. None of their jobs was designed to be a lifelong career, and we should remind them of that fact.
I am beginning to believe one of the worst mistakes we made was not to limit the terms of Congress like we did the President. This government works best with the constant friction of the three branches pushing against each other. Get too much to one side, and all of it gets out of whack. If we force fresh faces into the offices every third term, we’d break up one of the “elite” groups intent on bringing our nation health and our own health down.
