Our local radio host, Ken Lovejoy, reads from American Thinker all the time. I think he’s even more conservative than I am in that he has long passed the concept of Beck’s mantra of peaceful revolution and is having tar and feathers shipped in as we speak! One of the posters has suggested we visit this article. She’s right.
J. Christian Adams, an attorney with the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division who resigned rather than comply with the Department’s ruling that he not respond to the U.S. Civil Rights Division’s subpoenas to testify about the dismissal of the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia, tells all in the Washington Times.
It’s time for Attorney General Holder to be removed from the office he is so badly serving. He is undermining justice, not advancing its cause.
“Based on my firsthand experiences, I believe the dismissal of the Black Panther case was motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law. Others still within the department share my assessment. The department abetted wrongdoers and abandoned law-abiding citizens victimized by the New Black Panthers. The dismissal raises serious questions about the department’s enforcement neutrality in upcoming midterm elections and the subsequent 2012 presidential election.”
The article here is a short synopsis of what ails the mind of Eric Holder. He sees everything through the lens of color, race and vengeance. He is the educated version of the “getting theirs” black activist generation from forty years ago. In this case he will use the law to get even and has openly stated such.

On the day President Obama was elected, armed men wearing the black berets and jackboots of the New Black Panther Party were stationed at the entrance to a polling place in Philadelphia. They brandished a weapon and intimidated voters and poll watchers. After the election, the Justice Department brought a voter-intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party and those armed thugs. I and other Justice attorneys diligently pursued the case and obtained an entry of default after the defendants ignored the charges. Before a final judgment could be entered in May 2009, our superiors ordered us to dismiss the case.
The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.
Wow…
Here’s more from the author and it contains the message I’ve been trying to get across for a while- Eric Holder, a lawyer, has no use for the law. Eric Holder is an educated racist and is intent on getting even.
…The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has opened an investigation into the dismissal and the DOJ’s skewed enforcement priorities. Attorneys who brought the case are under subpoena to testify, but the department ordered us to ignore the subpoena, lawlessly placing us in an unacceptable legal limbo…
He goes on-
…Most disturbing, the dismissal is part of a creeping lawlessness infusing our government institutions. Citizens would be shocked to learn about the open and pervasive hostility within the Justice Department to bringing civil rights cases against nonwhite defendants on behalf of white victims. Equal enforcement of justice is not a priority of this administration. Open contempt is voiced for these types of cases.
Some of my co-workers argued that the law should not be used against black wrongdoers because of the long history of slavery and segregation. Less charitable individuals called it “payback time.” Incredibly, after the case was dismissed, instructions were given that no more cases against racial minorities like the Black Panther case would be brought by the Voting Section…
Does something like this impact Holder? No. No more than all the stories about Obama actually impacts his pursuit of the agenda he has been assigned to fulfill. They know the stories are true, it is like calling Stalin a communist hardliner. He goes, “and so?” Holder has openly stated we are a nation of cowards because we have not faced the racism in our culture. What? Five trillion dollars in welfare and other programs and we haven’t… Affirmative action and we haven’t…Quotas…secure employment because of race regardless of performance and we…we still haven’t paid enough back for the past offenses?
Jeeez, when will it end? When the entire nation is wearing pants below the ass cheeks and we all hip hop walk to Gangsta’ rap with ball caps tilted to the right? Will Holder demand all white households have a black velvet portrait of MLK next to another black velvet one of Kayne West or Tupac?
Man, give it up. Enough. The last thing this nation needs, as the black middle class grows and grows, is a race war started by a yuppie black dude with a chip on his shoulder sitting at DOJ, or in the White House for that matter. Oh and here’s a question. How in the world did the DOJ end up with so many attorneys that think after all that has gone on it is still “payback time?” More importantly, if the DOJ wrongly pursues a person because of a racist issue, will the FBI agents obey their orders and arrest him or her? At what point do they stand down, like the attorneys did at the DOJ when their panties get all twisted up in a wad, and practice selective enforcement? Will they at all? Once you start picking and choosing what laws you like or don’t like, you open a door for anybody to walk through. Just because you are lawyers doesn’t make you exempt from the law. I’ll admit it helps, but not completely.
Idiots. Dangerous, powerful idiots.

I found this site that you might want to check out. I was looking for something that would give you information about Black Liberation Theology, which goes a long way to explain this. In fact, the underlying connection for a lot of this is just plain old fashioned Communism. We killed the dragon, but not before it placed its spawn within to infect us and bring us down. The same is true of feminism, “diversity”, affirmative action, the “equal” representation - all of it is in the category of divide and conquer. Identify a group that can be amalgamated, inflame it with the some sort of “injustice”, kick start it into political activity (or just infiltrate an already politically active group and turn the purpose of the group to serve your end) and then indoctrinate them into voting your way.
Anyway…it’s a lousy site, but good information.

Oh yeah…and imo, Obama and his cohorts studied law the way Sun Tzu studied his enemy - to learn to use it to achieve their end.
