Oh come on man, let it go! Spike Lee makes “slavery” comment- again. This time at Quentin.

Look, you realize nothing they do is real, right??  I mean, actresses and actors and directors are meaningless humans who contribute nothing to the survival of the human race.  If Tarantino or Lee fell off the earth by this afternoon, the sun would rise, nobody would miss them and nothing would change.  They don’t serve the people.  They don’t save lives or fight fires or stop crooks.  They just wander around THINKING they are important inside a bubble built by like minded morons.

Sure, they are human, but they are self-absorbed humans which is a net negative for the rest of humanity.  Now, that doesn’t mean they aren’t entertaining when they beat on each other.

Spike Lee thinks Quentin Tarantino‘s new slavery revenge flick “Django Unchained” is the wrong thing.

The famed “He Got Game” director says he’s boycotting the new movie because he finds it insulting.

“American Slavery Was Not A Sergio Leone Spaghetti Western. It Was A Holocaust. My Ancestors Are Slaves. Stolen From Africa. I Will Honor Them,” he wrote on Twitter.

The tweet came shortly after he told VibeTV he couldn’t comment on the movie starring Jamie Foxx and Leonardo DiCaprio because he decided not to see it.

“I can’t speak on it ’cause I’m not gonna see it. I’m not seeing it,” he said in a video interview.

Now Spike might be right. It is a stupid, bloody movie starring Jamie Foxx, who is a stupid man.  Why do I think this? Because Jamie starred in the movie for a huge payday, which is over the top violent, then goes out and makes a comment after the school shooting that there is too much violence…yeah,  I know.  Hence my “stupid” comment.

Ol’ Spike, who has more money than most, is still hung up on race. At what point do the black people who feel this way let it go? I mean it’s been since 1865 officially and since 1965 legally that the blacks in America are free.  Since then trillions of dollars have been spent trying to get them up and running.  Entire portions of our economy and society are dedicated to transferring wealth and opportunity to minorities of all types and blacks in particular- to the detriment of millions of other citizens.  Again I ask, at what point does someone like Spike Lee take a look around and call it even?

Still it is fun watching someone as small as Spike Lee prance around like a rooster in a barnyard, thinking what he says we care about.  Take away their millions and you’d get two ten year olds pushing each other on a playground.
