2016 race. The untrusted verse the unlikable.

Seriously, where did we go wrong as a nation?  We ended up with Barack for two terms; even after his first term was a nightmare and resulted in a crippled economy,  stuck in two wars that got hundreds of thousands killed and millions displaced (many coming here!), and a medical insurance system eating itself into oblivion, plus an ethics record that would make Nixon say “WTF?! And I resigned?”

Now we have HRC (and ALL THOSE TRAIN CARS WORTH OF BAGGAGE!) and “the Donald” carrying with him a gaffe machine and a total  lack of seriousness and humility.

(Which may be changing as we speak.  His trip to Louisiana I think got to him. This whole being President gig actually means something! Like who knew, right?!)

Somewhere out there are million upon millions of people like me, lovers of America, who wonder what the hell just happened! We went from good old fashioned corruption that was part of the state’s culture- like Edwin Edwards in Louisiana, a great story of political corruption baked into a culture (and a harbinger of our now national politics),  to a national candidate who is openly corrupt and a liar.

I mean at least TRY to hide it better!

The FBI turned over an additional 14,900 documents to the State Department that include emails Hillary Clinton’s lawyers failed to add to the batch of 30,000 that Clinton attorneys originally handed over.

The revelation came following a court hearing in an FOIA suit by Judicial Watch, which is suing Hillary Clinton for documents related to her private email server.

The FBI previously revealed that there were additional documents that were discovered during their criminal investigation of Clinton, but did not say how many.

No one expected the number to be 50% of the 30,000 emails Clinton turned over.

Does it matter?  Yes.  A resounding yes.  As in “come on man, why you doing that to me!”, yes!

It’s like having a crackhead relative who keeps stealing from you, except now instead of lying about it, he’s doing in front of you!  It went from sneaky stealing to robbery! That is what is frustrating so many people.

But sadly not enough.  HRC’s trustworthy numbers are at 14%.  Her poll numbers are over 40%.  Which reflects how badly Trump handled his campaign.  Anyone else, with the exception of Bush, would be beating her like a rented mule.

Judicial Watch released more than 700 new pages of State Department correspondence today. One of the exchanges shows Huma Abedin responding to a response from the Clinton Foundation’s Doug Band to set up a meeting for the Crown Prince of Bahrain. From Judicial Watch’s press release:

The Abedin emails reveal that the longtime Clinton aide apparently served as a conduit between Clinton Foundation donors and Hillary Clinton while Clinton served as secretary of state. In more than a dozen email exchanges, Abedin provided expedited, direct access to Clinton for donors who had contributed from $25,000 to $10 million to the Clinton Foundation. In many instances, Clinton Foundation top executive Doug Band, who worked with the Foundation throughout Hillary Clinton’s tenure at State, coordinated closely with Abedin…

Included among the Abedin-Band emails is an exchange revealing that when Crown Prince Salman of Bahrain requested a meeting with Secretary of State Clinton, he was forced to go through the Clinton Foundation for an appointment. Abedin advised Band that when she went through “normal channels” at State, Clinton declined to meet. After Band intervened, however, the meeting was set up within forty-eight hours. According to the Clinton Foundation website, in 2005, Salman committed to establishing the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program (CPISP) for the Clinton Global Initiative. And by 2010, it had contributed $32 million to CGI. The Kingdom of Bahrain reportedly gave between $50,000 and $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. And Bahrain Petroleum also gave an additional $25,000 to $50,000.

Worse, Clinton isn’t just granting favors for money. It is expected that payment is offered regardless of whether or not Clinton was going to agree to the favor.  This is a fee based exercise.  Much like the Edwin Edwards’ time as governor, where if you wanted to see him you had better bring ten grand cash with you. He may agree with you from the outset, but you still had to pay!

The Clinton Foundation is part of an international set of foundations, all taking money.  Now CNN has this puff piece, citing mostly Clinton facts about the  Clintons act inside the Clinton foundation.  I won’t link it here, it’s a lie and I won’t promote obvious lying.

But remember, any good Ponzi scheme pays people.  Ask Bernie Madoff how that works. So you have to show success in order to keep the illusion of legitimacy as you steal the new victim’s blind.

I scanned the puff piece and noted the writer did not really address WHO is giving and why.  And she did not address how much money was actually being given to charity. Most operate well over 50% of all donations going to something.  Clinton Foundation is reportedly somewhere around 12%… that’s 12…1..2….percent.  The rest going to administrative costs- like employing Bill and Hill and Chelsea and half of the “parked” Clinton staff from the nineties that will suddenly show back up in the White House when HRC wins.

Plus remember, they are many and  international. Here is one “charity” in Sweden. Note on the board of directors is Bruce Lindsey.  She wins, you’ll see him again in the White House.

From 1998 Washington Post article, THIS is the Clinton Machine!

Whenever President Clinton finds himself in trouble, Bruce Lindsey is on the job, the seemingly permanent commander-in-chief of the Clinton shovel brigade.

An intense 49-year-old Arkansas lawyer for whom a blue blazer passes as casual attire, Lindsey serves as the invisible “captain of the defense,” as one former White House colleague put it, for the crisis of the moment. Lindsey’s preferred modus operandi, as described by those who have worked with him over the years, is to tamp down trouble even before it erupts or, when pressed, to relinquish only whatever tiny morsels of information he judges sufficient to keep the news media at bay.

Whether the allegations involve the draft, sexual liaisons or Whitewater, Lindsey functions as the president’s political lookout, bearer of bad news and chief damage control specialist.

“There is no end to which Bruce wouldn’t go for the president,” said Bill Burton, a fellow Arkansan and former White House colleague. “There are things Bruce would do for the president that nobody else on Earth would do, and Bruce wouldn’t even think twice about it.”

They are really, really corrupt. You are loyal to the Clintons, you get a lifetime of payoff.

It isn’t that they don’t do something, maybe occasionally something good. It is the corruption and misuse, openly that drives people crazy. Jimmy Carter build homes after he left.  Clinton built networks and used them to fund his lifestyle of international travel, private jets, and banking hundreds of millions for himself and his family and his loyal friends.  And occasionally, if a few crumbs fell of his table and hit, say Haitians, in the head, then okay. Not that those crumbs were corrupted if possible.

“…I don’t blame the Haitians for falling for it; Bill is one of the world’s greatest story-tellers. He has fooled people far more sophisticated than the poor Haitians. Over time, however, the Haitians wised up. Whatever their initial expectations, many saw that much of the aid money seems never to have reached its destination; rather, it disappeared along the way. Where did it go? It did not escape the attention of the Haitians that Bill Clinton was the designated UN representative for aid to Haiti. Following the earthquake, Bill Clinton had with media fanfare established the Haiti Reconstruction Fund. Meanwhile, his wife Hillary was the United States secretary of state. She was in charge of U.S. aid allocated to Haiti. Together the Clintons were the two most powerful people who controlled the flow of funds to Haiti from around the world.

The Haitian protesters noticed an interesting pattern involving the Clintons and the designation of how aid funds were used. They observed that a number of companies that received contracts in Haiti happened to be entities that made large donations to the Clinton Foundation. The Haitian contracts appeared less tailored to the needs of Haiti than to the needs of the companies that were performing the services. In sum, Haitian deals appeared to be a quid pro quo for filling the coffers of the Clintons.

For example, the Clinton Foundation selected Clayton Homes, a construction company owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, to build temporary shelters in Haiti. Buffett is an active member of the Clinton Global Initiative who has donated generously to the Clintons as well as the Clinton Foundation. The contract was supposed to be given through the normal United Nations bidding process, with the deal going to the lowest bidder who met the project’s standards. UN officials said, however, that the contract was never competitively bid for. Clayton offered to build “hurricane-proof trailers” but what they actually delivered turned out to be a disaster. The trailers were structurally unsafe, with high levels of formaldehyde and insulation coming out of the walls. There were problems with mold and fumes. The stifling heat inside made Haitians sick and many of them abandoned the trailers because they were ill-constructed and unusable.

The Clintons also funneled $10 million in federal loans to a firm called InnoVida, headed by Clinton donor Claudio Osorio. Osorio had loaded its board with Clinton cronies, including longtime Clinton ally General Wesley Clark; Hillary’s 2008 finance director Jonathan Mantz; and Democratic fundraiser Chris Korge who has helped raise millions for the Clintons. Normally the loan approval process takes months or even years. But in this case, a government official wrote, “Former President Bill Clinton is personally in contact with the company to organize its logistical and support needs. And as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has made available State Department resources to assist with logistical arrangements.” …”

That’s not right.  Had he kept ten million, spent 999,990,000 on charity, I would not say a thing.  Ten million is plenty right?  Not in HRC’s view. Which means if she wins, she’ll keep taking the money through foreign charities not open to IRS or congressional or even journalist review.  It will happen because it is already happening- and they get away with it.
